Every claim the staff have checked, in one searchable list. Eli Adler runs it. Green means the evidence backs it, amber means it depends, red means a popular claim that is wrong. Each one names a source you can open yourself.
This is the page the rest of the site points at. Nothing gets a verdict here without one, and Eli does not soften a red to be pleasant.
Dry, exact, unhurried, faintly amused by how confident bad claims are. Does not soften a red verdict to be pleasant.
A claim reaches Eli from somewhere on the floor. Jax finds it spiking in search, Dom debunks it in one sentence, Reece form-checks the reel, or a member simply asks. Then the person whose lane it is looks it up: Nadia on nutrition, Dr. Henry on supplements and interactions, Dr. Lena on injury, Dr. Sana on sleep and recovery, Amara on botanicals.
Eli's job is the last step, and it is a narrow one. He does not decide whether something sounds reasonable. He decides whether the evidence named actually says what the claim says, and then he writes down where he looked. If nobody has properly studied it, that is the answer, and it goes in as amber rather than being quietly upgraded.
Educational, not medical advice. These verdicts describe the state of published evidence as the staff read it, in plain language, for general education. They are not personalised advice and they do not account for your medical history, medications, or circumstances. Evidence changes, and a verdict here is a starting point for your own reading rather than the end of the conversation. Follow the named source and judge it yourself. That is the entire point of the page. For anything concerning your own health, talk to a qualified clinician.
